Design Challenge:: Create unique cover that conveys the content in a visually pleasing way. Must work without a photography budget.

Solution:: Stock photography was key to creating this book cover since a photoshoot wasn't possible. Multiple combinations of photos were presented to Courtney Waller, the author. She felt the final montage best represented her original design criteria. By flowing the images from front to back, there is a stronger sense of unity. Muted colors and image subjects work to create a natural feeling of the many seasons of life.

Client Viewpoint:: When I am promoting Seasons Come, people always want to know where the beautiful cover design came from. I know that it helps sell the books because it captures the essence of my poetry.
