Business Development
Experience taking under-performing territory, working to reactive single purchase or cold accounts. Effectively managed portfolio of business, determing priority accounts, setting own in-house and traveling schedule. Developed new relationships in the pursuit of cementing strong connections that resulted in repeat business. Sourced potential leads from the Internet, visiting accounts, and meeting with front-line personnel to learn about goals of decision makers with power. Sustained positive energy while working through start-up phase of growing new revenue streams.

Communication
Created and oversaw the creation of strong visual communication tools, such as product packaging. Based on the public image organizations sought to project in the marketplace, developed business collateral that drives the point through business cards, letterhead, brochures and other devices. More than just design, this was corporate communications, helping clients understand their message and creating paths to efectively tell the story. Helped develop and edit written material.

Marketing
Executed strategies to promote Apple hardware and software at Florida State University and Florida A&M University. Created a buzz on both campuses to spur sales when new products were introduced. Utilized skill set to develop one of the most visited summer camp promotion web sites for North Florida Council, BSA. Helped develop an attractive brand that extended beyond the online portal and into printed marketing materials as well.

Outside sales

Managed private K-12 and community college accounts for MacCenter. Worked independently in the field strengthening relationships with existing customers while primarily focusing on establishing new contacts. Solely responsible for developing a pipeline of new business opportunities at least three times the assigned quota. On a weekly basis submitted updated forecasts showing closed business, new found deals and the advancement of known opportunities. Successfully grew territory and recognized as a top agent in Apple's education agent program.
